Responsibilities

• Build and optimize backend services in Golang to power core AI features.
• Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs for smooth frontend-backend integration.
• Architect systems for stability, reliability, and scalability at enterprise scale.
• Handle large data flows and tune distributed systems for peak performance.
• Collaborate with frontend and AI teams to accelerate product cycles.

Specialization Tracks

Option A – Infrastructure

• Manage middleware stacks (databases, caching, logging, queues).
• Design & operate Kubernetes clusters with high availability.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Scale E2B clusters and optimize cost without compromising performance.

Option B – Business Systems

• Build user management, authentication, and operational integrations.
• Create APIs for onboarding, engagement, and analytics.
• Develop payment systems, subscription management, and promotions.
• Ensure PCI compliance and fraud prevention.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years backend experience with Golang.
• Strong grasp of microservices, Kubernetes, databases, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI, ML, SaaS, or fintech systems.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Security best practices and compliance knowledge.
• Open-source contributions or performance optimization experience.
