Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java, Angular/ React or at least a good hold of javascript, and MS SQL. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications. This role is based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (backend), Angular/ React (frontend), and MS SQL Server (database).
• Should have strong working knowledge on core java, Java SpringBoot concepts
• Should be ready to upskill on Kotlin, given the java knowledge
• Should have working knowledge in any one UI frameworks, and should have a strong hold of javascript
• Should have working knowledge of JUnits and should be able to upskill on test automation frameworks like Cypress and Cucumber
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure application security and data protection.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring/Spring Boot preferred).
• Experience with any one UI framework Angular/ React (latest versions preferred).
• Strong hold of javascript
• Solid understanding of MS SQL, including database design, optimization, and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Working knowledge of Kotlin
• Awareness and readiness to upskill on test automation frameworks- Cypress/ Cucumber
