Full Stack Engineer

We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS startup in Leuven with a big focus on data analytics. Their product helps companies unlock the full potential of their data, and their platform is already making waves in the market. As they look to expand for the next level, they're searching for a Full-Stack Engineer who’s hungry to build, ship, and grow with them.

This isn’t a cog-in-the-machine role. You’ll be trusted to shape features end-to-end, take ownership of big pieces of the product, and have a real say in how the platform is scaled. If you’re ambitious, love solving tough problems, and want a clear path towards becoming a Technical Lead, this could be your place.

Responsibilities

• Building new features and improving existing ones across a SaaS platform.
• Working hands-on with React (hooks, context API, state management, component libraries) on the front end.
• Designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs with Node.js.
• Writing clean, robust, and well-typed code with TypeScript.
• Working with databases (PostgreSQL is the go-to) and ensuring efficient queries for large data sets.
• Helping shape cloud-native architecture (AWS with Docker and Kubernetes).
• Owning your work from design → implementation → testing → deployment → monitoring.
• Collaborating with product, design, and data teams to turn ideas into reality.
• Sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and stepping up to technical leadership as they grow.

Your Profile

• Solid experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong Node.js backend skills.
• Good understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs (Prisma, TypeORM, or similar).
• Familiarity with DevOps basics is a plus.
• An eye for clean code, testing, and maintainability.
• Most importantly: you’re curious, proactive, and eager to grow into a technical leadership role.
