Market analyst

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: Global Gateway private sector digital infrastructure project delivery advisory services and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of this assignment is to provide digital infrastructure promoters comprehensive advisory services to secure and deploy financing from EIB and co-financers for projects contributing to the EC’s Global Gateway.

Duration: The intended start date is October 2025, and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Key Expert: Market analyst

☝️ Qualifications and skills:

• University degree in a relevant discipline (Economics, Law, Finance or Engineering or other relevant field). Master’s degree would be an advantage;
• Fluency in oral and written English;
• Working knowledge of French will be considered as an asset.

☝️ General professional experience:

• 10 years’ experience in the digital / telecom sector;
• 5 years’ experience in market analysis in the digital economy/telecom sector.

☝️ Specific professional experience:

• Experience of market analysis in developing countries and least developed countries, as demonstrated by the expert’s involvement in projects involving telecom operators fundraising, mergers and acquisition;
• Experience of market analysis delivered for financial institutions (commercial banks or development banks);
• Experience of market analysis in sub-Saharan Africa involving market review, competitive analysis, financial projects and risk analysis.
