IT Service Engineering Manager – SRE & Incident Management
Cerchiamo un/una IT Service Engineering Manager con esperienza in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) e Incident Management, capace di guidare un team tecnico e garantire affidabilità, resilienza e sicurezza delle infrastrutture IT.
Cosa farai
- Gestione e ottimizzazione di infrastrutture IT complesse (on-premise & cloud)
- Definizione e monitoraggio SLI/SLO
- Coordinamento incidenti come Incident Commander
- Automazione processi e monitoraggio (Elastic, Grafana, Splunk)
- Supervisione stack tecnologici (network, server, database, VM)
- Pianificazione e gestione Disaster Recovery (RTO/RPO)
Requisiti
- 5+ anni di esperienza in infrastrutture IT e service management
- 3+ anni di coordinamento team/progetti
- Competenze in virtualizzazione (VMware, Red Hat, Oracle VM), DevOps (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet), cloud (Azure, OCI), middleware Oracle e networking
- Conoscenza metodologie SRE e strumenti di log/monitoraggio
Soft skills
Leadership, problem solving, collaborazione cross-team, orientamento al miglioramento continuo.
