We are looking for people who share our corporate values among our local and international networks and promote close relationships with our customers and internal teams. Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager – M365:

• Develop business plans and contribute to the ideation phase of projects, leveraging M365 tools.
• Drive project planning and execution using Microsoft 365 tools to support digital transformation.
• Coordinate stakeholders through Teams and SharePoint, ensuring seamless communication and centralized documentation.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress with MS Project and Power BI dashboards.
• Track and mitigate risks using Planner, Lists, and integrated workflows.
• Lead meetings and workshops using Teams, PowerPoint Live, and Whiteboard, tailoring content to diverse audiences.
• Ensure proper project closure by validating deliverables, documenting lessons learned in OneNote, and archiving in SharePoint.
• Establish and share methodologies for project teams via SharePoint knowledge bases and M365 training sessions.

How do we imagine our future Project Manager – M365?

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or digital workplace transformation.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (MS Project, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Forms).
• Solid knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, AGILE) and change management practices.
• Excellent skills in reporting, documentation, and facilitating workshops using digital collaboration tools.
• Fluency in French and English; any other European language is an advantage.
