CTO/VCTO Technical Assistant

We are extending our R&D department and are looking for an inspired and thorough person to help us support our Chief and Vice Chief Technical Officer at their daily tasks and issues.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• managing and coordinating the work of the department;
• providing technical knowledge and supervision over the operation and efficiency of the department;
• daily monitoring and supervision of the implementation of work plans and regular reporting on progress;
• active cooperation with the R&D department in the development and implementation of the company's technical strategies;
• collecting, analyzing and systematizing technical requirements and questions for products under development;
• monitoring software and firmware releases and introducing updates for the entire product fleet;
• identifying potential problems in the operations of the department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• good knowledge of the English language;
• experience in the software and firmware field;
• good understanding of operational processes and technical aspects of manufacturing companies (production, warehouse, purchasing, sales, logistics, quality control);
• good organizational and communication skills;
• diligence and accuracy.
