In this role, you will be part of the "Cloud & Infrastructure" team and dedicated to delivering infrastructure services to our project implementation teams and customers. You are responsible for delivering mature cloud infrastructure in line with our IaaS, PaaS and SaaS offerings in time and quality and bringing our technology capabilities to the next level. We execute client projects and manage all topics from infrastructure to software development to operating software in the cloud with the goal to improve our software development capabilities, enhance our client offerings and increase the efficiency of our service centers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute infrastructure and cloud migration projects to improve our technology capabilities towards our software development teams as well as our customers, including cloud technologies, data center and infrastructure, automation, middleware all the way to software development and supporting IaaS, PaaS and SaaS capabilities

• Lead development teams, drive and deep dive into technology topics from analysis to architecture, development and all the way through providing services to deliver working solutions to our customers

• Set up sound and efficient project governance incl. management of financials, resources and timeline and discuss and get buy-in from senior stakeholders, peers and engineers

• Manage scope and quality in alignment with senior stakeholders and manage risks and issues along the entire lifecycle and remove blockers for the team

• Instruct and manage technical delivery teams to engineer and develop infrastructure services and solutions for the cloud

• Effectively communicate and manage customer and sales expectations, provide status information to senior stakeholders and support our account and sales teams along the project implementation

What you need

• University degree in technology and/or business or similar
• Highly motivated with a can–do attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, willingness to drive difficult conversations to a practical solution

• 10 years of experience in Project Management for technical cross-functional projects, PM certification is a plus

• Proven track record of delivering results in a complex international, diverse and agile driven environment
• Aptitude to discuss technical details with developers and drive consensus among all stakeholders
• Completed cloud trainings with one or multiple hyper scalers, certification is a plus
• Experience managing end-to end execution of complex programs that span multiple engineering teams through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time)

• Experience in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and BPaaS concepts and building capabilities and services for customers
• Effective presentation skills (German and English, French or Italian is a plus) with the ability to deliver a polished and professional business and technical pitch to C-Suite and Board levels
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space
• Background in technology and/or financial services is a plus
