HR Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR and payroll operations. This role covers employee records, payroll, benefits, travel bookings, and insurance processes, while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, payroll, insurance, etc.).
  • Support employees with HR-related queries and payroll matters.
  • Process monthly payroll, leaves, benefits, and employee changes.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation (medical tests, Emirates ID, insurance).
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and assist with HR reports.
  • Act as system administrator for the company’s HR platform, keeping employee data, payroll, and benefits updated.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with payroll and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
