We are looking for a talented Senior A.I. Software Developer to join one of our Canadian clients in the research industry. This client provides impartial and highly relevant IT research, helping CIOs and IT leaders make informed strategic decisions.
In this role, you will work on strategic and innovative projects that will significantly impact products and client revenue. While their current technology stack primarily includes Ruby on Rails, MySQL, JS, and Azure/OpenAI services, you will be increasingly using Python as they build out their future A.I. architecture.

We are looking for a talented Senior A.I. Software Developer to join one of our Canadian clients in the research industry. This client provides impartial and highly relevant IT research, helping CIOs and IT leaders make informed strategic decisions.
In this role, you will work on strategic and innovative projects that will significantly impact products and client revenue. While their current technology stack primarily includes Ruby on Rails, MySQL, JS, and Azure/OpenAI services, you will be increasingly using Python as they build out their future A.I. architecture.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and support the development of machine learning models and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate AI into broader system architectures.
- Analyze requirements and decide the best ways to meet or even rework them; unique and innovative ideas are welcome.
- Mentor your peers and contribute to code reviews.
- Stay current with AI trends and suggest improvements to existing systems and workflows.
- Collaborate across teams to continually improve our processes.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies for prioritizing, understanding, and estimating.

- Strong experience in a professional software development role, with at least 2 years focused on A.I. and/or M.L.
- Experienced with designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions, with seamless integration into existing architecture.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, computer vision, natural language processing, and/or reinforcement learning.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
- Experienced with developing relational database solutions, including SQL authoring and optimization.
However, if you have the following requirements, it will be a plus for your application:
- Experience building and maintaining applications in Ruby on Rails, or with a similar MVC framework such as Laravel or ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience building user interfaces in HTML, CSS, JS, and JS framework.
- Experience with Salesforce integration.
- Exposure to AWS tools & services.
