Be part of our development team in the financial services industry, where you'll help to develop a high-performance, secure, and scalable platform. This role offers technical ownership, space for innovation, and the opportunity to influence engineering practices company-wide.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build resilient APIs and distributed systems using Java and Spring Boot
  • Develop and deploy microservices in a Kubernetes-based environment
  • Own features end-to-end — from architecture to deployment and monitoring
  • Write and maintain strong test coverage (unit, integration, end-to-end)
  • Improve and support CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows
  • Champion automation and engineering best practices
  • Work closely with product, ops, and business teams to solve real-world problems

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of software development experience
  • Strong in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
  • Front-end knowledge (JavaScript, Node.js, Flutter, or similar)
  • Proficiency in databases like PostgreSQL and MSSQL
  • Cloud platforms experience (AWS/GCP/OCP)

Good to have

  • Experience with distributed systems and API design
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/OCP)
  • Experience with CI/CD, code quality, and observability tools (SonarQube, etc.)
  • Interest in AI tools to boost development efficiency
