Join our team as a Talent Acquisition & HR Systems Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring an efficient, compliant, and seamless Recruitment process.

You’ll have the opportunity to support the Talent Acquisition team by managing travel arrangements for candidates and growing as a Key User for our hiring and onboarding tools.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

INTERVIEW COORDINATION

In this role, you will coordinate face-to-face interviews, ensuring seamless scheduling with candidates and stakeholders, while also managing travel arrangements such as flights, trains, hotels, and shuttle services. When required, you will handle visa arrangements for candidates and process travel cost reimbursements to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

KEY USER FOR OUR PRE- AND ONBOARDING TOOL

As system key user for our onboarding tool, you will address daily tickets and provide ongoing support to stakeholders. You will maintain and update training materials, communication templates, and system content while planning and implementing system projects. Additionally, you will document processes and system changes, perform quality assurance, test new features, and continuously improve processes. Reporting to stakeholders and sharing insights will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

SUPPORT HR TOOLS

Furthermore, you will support all recruiting tools by managing and resolving technical issue tickets, testing and implementing system updates, and contributing to the development of new features and functions.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, HR, or a related field.
  • First work experience in HR or an administrative environment (e.g., internship, assistant, or project management).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and a structured, detail-oriented working style.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Fluent in German and English (both are mandatory).

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is 2.195,00 EUR gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
