Senior Project Manager

BettingJobs is working with a multi-product content provider in the iGaming industry, who are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Riga.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the full project lifecycle—from planning through release and post-launch evaluation.
• Work with distributed teams across time zones, fostering asynchronous collaboration where needed.
• Facilitate alignment between Product, UI/UX, Back Office, and Engineering teams.
• Manage timelines, interdependencies, and delivery milestones across parallel initiatives.
• Serve as the central point of contact for project status, changes, risk management, and stakeholder updates.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, propose mitigation strategies, and champion continuous improvement in project governance, documentation, and communication practices.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and visibility across all assigned projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally within Live Casino, gaming, live broadcasting, or similarly fast-paced, regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience coordinating both upstream planning and downstream technical execution.
• Proven experience working with distributed teams across time zones
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery tracks, balancing structure with adaptability.
• A highly organized, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset, with an eye for detail and a focus on outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and other industry-standard tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
