DevOps Engineer

Role: Pega Engineer

Contract period: 12 months + Extension

Location: Luxembourg

Daily Rate: 450 euros

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pega Engineer to join our client that is in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices, guardrails, and architectural standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable Pega applications
• Provide technical leadership in case management, decisioning, integrations (REST/SOAP), and UI/UX design within Pega
• Implement event-driven architectures leveraging Pega capabilities and real-time data streaming platforms such as Kafka
• Oversee usage of Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) and Pega Deployment Manager (PDM) for monitoring and deployments
• Ensure applications follow best practices in reusability, modular design, performance tuning, and DevOps adoption (CI/CD, quality, and security checks)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the Pega platform (version 8.8 or higher preferred)
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification – mandatory
• Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certification – preferred
• Strong knowledge of Pega case management, decisioning, integrations, and UI/UX capabilities
• Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time integrations (e.g., Kafka, API Gateway)
• Experience with PDC and PDM for diagnostics and deployments
