Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Multibank's mobile and web trading applications. This role will focus on testing critical trading features — such as client journey, funding, order execution, and wallet integrations — through a combination of manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about delivering seamless user experiences for millions of traders worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications and product requirements for MultiBank’s mobile and web trading platforms.
• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans across manual and automated testing.
• Perform end-to-end validation of critical trading functions including client journey, order execution, charting, and wallet integrations.
• Conduct regression, performance, security, and usability testing to ensure product reliability prior to release.
• Execute post-release and post-implementation testing to guarantee app stability, compliance, and seamless user experience.
• Document, track, and communicate defects using JIRA or equivalent bug-tracking tools, assisting with root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with developers and Product Managers to prioritize fixes, ensuring product quality and alignment with user needs.
• Maintain detailed logs of test phases, results, and documentation for future reference and audit compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices by suggesting enhancements to testing frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, design, product) to embed quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a QA/Product Tester in fintech, trading, or crypto applications, with expertise in both manual and automated testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and regression testing practices (preferred).
• Proficiency in documenting, prioritizing, and troubleshooting defects with a clear product impact focus.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr) and working knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Ability to design and expand automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) tailored to trading app workflows.
• Experience with API testing (Postman/Swagger) and performance testing tools such as JMeter or Locust.
• Familiarity with cross-platform testing across iOS, Android, and Web, including responsive and localization testing.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to simulate real-world trading scenarios and identify usability issues.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to suggest product improvements beyond bug reporting.
