Junior Project Manager - Beauty CPG

Our well-known CPG, beauty client is seeking a Junior Project Manager to work with their in-house creative team. This role will be 40 hours per week, hybrid onsite 3 days per week. The duration is quarterly as budgets permit.

Applicable talent must have their own laptop/work station.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project timelines, schedules, and task trackers
• Monitor project progress and proactively flag risks or delays
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and assets
• Manage intake of project requests and ensure briefs are complete before routing to the creative team
• Help streamline communication between teams by enduring updates and next steps are clear
• Provide administrative and scheduling support for project-related meetings, reviews and approvals
• Partner with Director to ensure priorities are aligned with business goals.
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ year experience
• Experience working in beauty and/or CPG ideal
• Agency background or within an in-house creative team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  
  

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
