We are transforming the lending experience—and we’re looking for a talented business systems Software Developer, in this newly created role, to help us do it.

About the Role

As a business systems Software Developer – Customer Service, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation. You’ll design and develop software solutions that improve customer journeys, streamline operations, and support our financial services teams. Working with SQL, Genesys, and other modern technologies, you’ll help shape the future of lending.

What You’ll Do

• Develop scalable software using SQL, Genesys, and next-generation technologies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, impactful customer service features
• Transform business needs into innovative technical solutions
• Contribute your perspective to help shape products that serve a broad range of customers
• Stay at the forefront of technology with opportunities to learn .Net, PHP, Azure, and low-code platforms

About you

• 2–4 years’ experience in software development
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Genesys
• Experience in customer service or call centre environments (financial services experience preferred)
• Knowledge of .Net, Azure, APIs, PHP, and Power BI welcomed
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
