Our team is transforming the lending experience—and we’re looking for a talented business systems Software Developer, in this newly created role, to help us do it.

About the Role

As a Software Developer – Digital, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our digital lending platform. You’ll work with technologies like PHP, APIs, and Braze, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, customer-focused solutions that make it easy to do business with us.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in agile environments, values continuous learning, and wants to make a meaningful impact in financial services.

What You’ll Do

- Develop high-quality software using PHP, APIs, and Braze

- Partner with stakeholders to design user-friendly digital journeys

- Translate business needs into smart, scalable tech solutions

- Ensure secure, maintainable code that supports long-term growth

- Learn and integrate new technologies like .Net, MSSQL, Azure, and low-code platforms

About you

- 2–4 years’ experience in software development

- Experience with PHP, APIs, and Braze

- Background in digital environments, ideally within financial services

- Familiarity with .Net, Azure, and Power BI

- A degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
