We are transforming the lending experience—and we’re looking for a talented business systems Software Developer, in this newly created role, to help us do it.
About the Role
As a business systems Software Developer – Loan Management, you’ll play a key role in shaping the technology behind our lending operations. You’ll work with SQL and other modern tools to build intuitive, secure, and scalable systems that make it easier for customers to do business with us.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to agile development cycles, and grow your technical and business skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop high-quality software with a focus on SQL and financial systems
- Translate business needs into smart, scalable tech solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to design user-friendly features
- Ensure secure, maintainable code that supports long-term growth
- Learn and integrate new technologies like .Net, PHP, Azure, and low-code platforms
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in software development
- Experience with SQL Server and financial services (auto lending, personal lending, asset finance)
- Familiarity with .Net, Azure, APIs, PHP, and Power BI
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
