FBI Talent Co are working with a leading creative team who are looking for a Senior Designer with strong experience across branding, campaigns, and property marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who thrives in an agency environment and wants to play a pivotal role supporting senior creatives while pushing their own career forward.

You’ll be part of a collaborative studio, producing high-quality, engaging design work across a wide range of deliverables - from branding and brochures to signage, display suites, social media and digital campaigns. You’ll also have the chance to mentor juniors, present work directly to clients, and oversee projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver standout design solutions across print, digital, and campaign assets
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Project Directors to bring brand concepts to life
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Guide and review junior designers’ work to maintain quality standards
• Partner with external suppliers (photographers, copywriters, videographers) to deliver polished outcomes
• Represent the creative team in client meetings and presentations

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in a creative agency or design studio
• Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Sketch a bonus)
• Solid experience delivering marketing projects end-to-end
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple timelines
• Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with both clients and internal teams
• Creative, tenacious, and hands-on
