Mid-Level Graphic Designer

Full Time | Sydney

We’re looking for a talented Mid - Level Graphic Designer to join a leading creative agency working across high-profile brand and advertising campaigns.

This role is ideal for a designer with a strong mix of branding and advertising agency experience who understands how to combine conceptual thinking with exceptional craft and execution. You’ll work across a broad range of projects spanning brand identity, integrated campaigns, social, digital, print, and motion - creating visually compelling work across multiple platforms and touch points.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing high-quality creative across branding, campaigns, and advertising projects
• Rolling out integrated campaigns across print, digital, social, and motion
• Creating strong visual identities and campaign assets
• Bringing excellent typography, layout, and craft design skills to every project
• Collaborating with creative teams from concept through to final delivery
• Contributing ideas and creative thinking during brainstorms and project development

What We’re Looking For

• 3 - 5+ years’ experience within agency or brand environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing both branding and advertising work
• Strong craft design skills with excellent typography and layout
• Experience across both print and digital design
• Motion and animation skills highly regarded
• Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points

• Experience working across integrated campaigns
• Understanding of social-first creative
• Experience with After Effects or motion design tools
