Contract – Hybrid – Dublin

About the Company

Our client is a leading US healthcare company, with offices in Dublin city centre.

About the Position

As a Senior UX Designer within the Analytics Products division, you will design the evolution of existing products and help develop new features that enable users to maximise value from their data. You will be part of a collaborative team of designers, product managers, and software developers working in a startup-like environment within a global business.

The role involves creating user-friendly, visually compelling dashboards, data visualisations, and storytelling tools that make analytics easy to understand and engaging for end users.

This position offers flexible hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

• Communication – Present and explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• User Research – Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Wireframing & Prototyping – Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
• Collaboration – Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Usability Testing – Plan and conduct testing, analyse results, and refine designs based on feedback.
• Design Systems – Contribute to and evolve digital design guidelines to maintain consistency across products.
• Visual Design – Deliver visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Experience/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products and systems (beyond just websites).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing analytics dashboards.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with enterprise design systems or standards.
