Available vacancy in our Vilnius office: Lead Designer

We are looking for a creative leader to shape and strengthen our global visual identity. You will lead the in-house design team and set the creative direction across all channels and projects. At our company, design is a strategic force that drives distinctiveness in the market and empowers bold campaigns and product launches. Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the in-house design team, currently consisting of two mid-level designers.
• Set the creative direction and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and materials.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to shape and execute visual strategies for campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Oversee and elevate the quality of design work from external vendors, freelancers, and agencies.
• Take a hands-on role in high-impact projects, including key visuals, merchandise, and strategic design assets.
• Continuously refine the brand guidelines to keep the brand relevant and competitive in the market.
• Implement design processes and tools (including AI) to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of the team’s output.
• Advocate for design excellence and establish design as a strategic function within the marketing department.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or art direction.
• Proven ability to develop and manage brand identity across digital and print.
• Skilled in leading creative projects and collaborating with external partners.
• Solid understanding of brand strategy and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate business goals into design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in modern design systems to scale creative output.
• Deep understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and visual trends.
• Proficiency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
