The successful candidate will work weekends (Friday to Sunday). The working hours for this role will vary depending on where in the world our clients’ events are taking place.

We're looking for a Content Live Operator to join our growing team and help push this product to the next 100 million users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cover various sessions across event weekends (Friday - Sunday), including practice, qualifying, and the race.
• Work with our client to generate engaging content for their app and other media
• Maintain a deep understanding of our global motorsport client, including teams, drivers, regulations, and current events
• Resolve any client issues through investigation and strong communication with clients

In time, you will be responsible for:

• Driving process improvement for handling sessions across the event weekends
• Suggesting engaging content to the client

QUALIFICATIONS

What's important to us:

• Active participation in online global motorsport communities, such as using our client’s app, reading blogs, or engaging in forums
• An interest in technology and content creation
• Flexibility to work varying hours across weekends (Friday - Sunday), depending on the location of the race
• Reliable and consistent internet access

What's nice to have:

• Experience creating content on social media or in other capacities, such as blogs

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

First, you will be asked to complete an online video, which will involve answering a mixture of questions.

Secondly, if your video interview goes well, you will be invited for an interview with Alex, our Senior Project Manager. Depending on the outcome of this interview, you will be sent a follow-up task, which will give you an idea of what your day-to-day might look like.
