Job Opening: Product Owner / Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features and user stories based on business value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA) to deliver high-impact solutions
• Manage and groom the product backlog, ensuring clear and actionable items
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product meets end-user needs
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with product lifecycle tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!)
• Background in technology, software development, or enterprise platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
