We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Project Manager with strong influencer marketing background to join our Global Brand on a contract basis in the second half of this year. This role will focus on reviewing and managing influencer content across multiple lines of business as well as creating social media content development. The ideal candidate is a skilled project manager with a strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing best practices. They should be fluent in content development for a range of platforms—such as Meta, TikTok, and Snap—and adept at tailoring creative assets to different environments (sound on/off, platform specifications, and native design). This role requires someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. While candidates from all locations are welcome on a remote basis, the ability to work in the New York City office a few days a week is a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
- Review and manage influencer content across multiple business lines to ensure alignment with brand standards and platform best practices.
- Oversee high-volume workflows and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline the influencer content review process.
- Ensure content is optimized for various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Snap.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve creative execution across influencer campaigns.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven experience in social media project management, influencer marketing, and social media content development.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a high-volume environment.
- Previous experience in reviewing and approving influencer content for brand alignment.
- Strong familiarity with branded content partnerships and influencer campaign processes.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap) and their unique requirements.
- Ability to identify creative best practices and nuances between different digital environments (sound on/off, platform specs, native design).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple stakeholders.
