Job Description

The Customer Project Manager is accountable for an external customer programme (collection of projects managed together for business benefits) or project for an assigned product and / or service scope. Assigns tasks to the project team and manages project resources and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality. Responsible for the overall project success with respect to external customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational services delivery performance. End-to-end project planning and risk and opportunity management.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Manages customer programs or projects within a defined product or service scope for medium to large, complex contracts with moderate to high risk.
  • Ensures full alignment with Nokia methodologies, operational guidelines, and best practices.
  • Oversees project planning, execution, and financial forecasting, ensuring cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ) objectives are met.
  • Leads contract execution, risk management, and change control processes while ensuring smooth transitions between sales, delivery, and support.
  • Acts as the primary customer interface, addressing concerns, driving quality improvements, and identifying opportunities for contract expansion.
  • Monitors and controls project performance through KPIs, ensures accurate data management, and leads the project team effectively.
  • Supports decision-making on delivery approaches and operational processes while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Completes project closure or handover activities, including lessons learned and post-calculations, to drive continuous improvement.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Strong customer relationship management skills & Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs
  • Knowledge of Nokia products and services
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in contract management and renewal
  • Languages: English, Russian (mandatory) Armenian (nice to have)
