Job Title: Project Manager – Large Commercial Project

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Salary: €85,000 – €95,000 (DOE) + Benefits Package

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a large-scale commercial project from inception to completion. You will ensure that the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Develop and implement project programmes, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
• Monitor progress, quality, and costs, reporting regularly to senior management
• Resolve technical and contractual issues efficiently
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the project

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
