Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience independently leading recruitment processes for specialist positions;
  • Higher education (preferably in fields related to Human Resource Management or Psychology);
  • Proficiency in utilizing diverse channels for candidate sourcing and experience in direct-search methodologies;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and international environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously;
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and Hiring Managers;
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level);
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.

Your future role

  • Keeping up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices;
  • Enhancing the employer brand through various initiatives and sharing the company culture with potential candidates;
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Managing candidate relationships from the first contact through to employment;
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and supporting them during the recruitment processes;
  • Administering recruitment processes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring high quality in recruitment processes;
  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for positions at various levels within the organization;
