Their software powers strategic planning across high-stakes industries such as Aerospace & Defence and High-Value Manufacturing, where clarity and control are critical.


The Role

We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer who can bridge technical excellence with customer-facing support. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining and optimising infrastructure, supporting enterprise deployments (both cloud and on-premise), and ensuring customers receive fast, reliable support.


You’ll be hands-on across Azure Cloud, SQL database management, deployments, and SSO integrations, while also assisting with internal IT support and security best practices. This is a dynamic role that combines DevOps expertise with real customer impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive and effective customer support for enterprise clients.
  • Manage and optimise SQL databases (performance checks, housekeeping, troubleshooting).
  • Handle deployments across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot SSO integrations.
  • Deliver internal IT support for the client’s team.
  • Contribute to security & audit readiness including penetration tests and cyber audits.


Key Requirements

  • Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing and optimising SQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services.
  • Skilled in writing PowerShell scripts.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps (Build & Release Pipelines) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS deployment models.
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server & IIS.
  • Prior customer-facing support experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise IT.
