Information Security Specialist

We are looking for an Information Security Specialist to join our IT team. You will play a key role in protecting our systems, data, and people while supporting the growth of renewable energy. 

Your daily role: 

• Develop and implement information security policies and procedures. 
• Coordinate with our external security partner and 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC). 
• Manage incident notifications, risk assessments, and security improvements. 
• Train and guide employees on information security best practices. 
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate security into systems and projects. 
• Manage access rights and review security-related configurations and changes. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards. 

What describes you: 

• Proven experience in information security and risk management. 
• Knowledge of security standards like NIS2 and E-ITS. 
• Hands-on experience with related tools such as SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and log management solutions. 
• Ability to explain complex security issues to non-technical colleagues and/or stakeholders. 
• Structured, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
