We are looking for an AI & Automation Lead to help shape how AI and automation is used across Sunly. In this role, you will identify where these technologies can create real impact and turn opportunities into practical solutions used across the organisation. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the AI domain and help turn ideas into real change.

This role combines strategy, governance and hands-on work. You will work closely with teams across Sunly to guide how solutions are designed and implemented and support the adoption of new ways of working.

What You Will Work On

  • Define and drive Sunly’s AI and automation roadmap by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives from idea to implementation, helping teams turn complex workflows into practical solutions.
  • Work with teams across the business to identify use cases and support the adoption of new tools.
  • Help shape how these technologies should be designed, implemented and governed at Sunly.
  • Ensure solutions are reliable, secure and well-integrated into everyday work.
  • Work with external partners when needed and help build internal knowledge and capability in this area.

What Describes You

  • Hands-on experience working with ML and LLM-based systems in production environments.
  • Experience designing end-to-end AI solutions, including ML systems, RAG pipelines or agentic workflows.
  • Understanding of topics such as data security, access control and governance in AI systems.
  • Interest in shaping how AI is used across an organisation and helping establish structures and practices around it, such as governance and internal initiatives.
  • Ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility and make pragmatic architectural decisions.
  • Fluency in English.
