Job Description

As a Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will manage and direct the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting.

You will report directly to our BA Korea Service GM.

In this role, your impact will be substantial, as you are responsible for managing and overseeing the control, coordination, and oversight of various program and project management aspects. As a people leader at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the program controls function for projects and programs.
  • Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies.
  • Monitor and control project costs and budgets.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with project planning and scheduling tools.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Communication capability in English
  • Experience in a global organization.
  • Experience in managing projects in a matrix organization.
