- Samodzielne planowanie, realizacja i analiza skuteczności kampanii marketingowych online i offline (w tym social media, email marketing, kampanie leadowe, treści video, działania digitalowe)
- Współtworzenie strategii marketingowej z Business Managerami dla kluczowych rynków i segmentów klientów
- Koordynowanie zespołów projektowych (digital, content, sprzedaż, promocje) oraz współpraca z agencjami zewnętrznymi
- Tworzenie harmonogramów kampanii i zarządzanie zadaniami projektowymi
- Zarządzanie budżetami marketingowymi i kontrola kosztów projektów
- Monitorowanie wyników kampanii, raportowanie efektywności oraz optymalizacja działań na podstawie danych
- Dbanie o spójność komunikacyjną i wizualną zgodnie z identyfikacją marki i kierunkiem strategicznym firmy
- Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z interesariuszami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi
- Definiowanie i analiza kluczowych wskaźników efektywności (KPI)
- Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w marketingu, w tym samodzielne prowadzenie kampanii i projektów
- Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu kampanii multichannel (online + offline)
- Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi analitycznych i marketingowych (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Piwik, systemy CRM)
- Umiejętność zarządzania budżetem i podejmowania decyzji w oparciu o dane
- Biegłość w pracy z narzędziami do zarządzania projektami (np. Monday.com, Trello, Asana, Jira)
- Doskonała organizacja pracy i umiejętność prowadzenia kilku projektów jednocześnie
- Proaktywność, energia i umiejętność szybkiego działania
- Umiejętność współpracy z zespołami o różnorodnych kompetencjach
- Mile widziane doświadczenie w branżach: ed-tech, media & entertainment, agencje kreatywne, start-upy lub dobra konsumpcyjne
- Pracę w jednym z najważniejszych sektorów: edukacyjnym
- Umowę o pracę lub B2B
- Możliwość pracy hybrydowej – 2 dni pracy w biurze – 3 dni pracy z domu
- Komputer, telefon i inne niezbędne narzędzia
- Pracę w dynamicznym i ambitnym środowisku
- Współpracę przy rozwoju nowoczesnych, wielokanałowych kampanii
- Wpływ na kształt komunikacji marki i działania strategiczne
