Senior QA Automation Engineer - GenAI

We are currently seeking a Senior QA Engineer with 7+ years of experience to join our high-performance engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on next-generation applications while collaborating with global teams and clients.

Role Overview

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will take ownership of the testing lifecycle—from test strategy and planning to execution and automation. You'll work across diverse projects, including cloud-native apps, data pipelines, and AI/ML-driven platforms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.

This is a hybrid role for those who hold UAE Visa, with the exciting opportunity to engage in onsite client projects in Abu Dhabi. All nationalities with UAE Visa are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Conduct functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Pytest and Selenium.
• Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Validate and test AI/ML models and GenAI systems, including:
• Evaluating model accuracy and performance.
• Detecting bias and testing robustness.
• Verifying input/output data integrity.
• Log and track bugs using defect management tools; collaborate with engineering for resolution.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices and code quality.
  

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in QA engineering and test automation.
• Deep understanding of QA fundamentals, including test case development and bug lifecycle.
• Proven hands-on experience with automation tools like Pytest, Selenium, etc.
• Strong skills in API testing using Postman or comparable tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests in build processes.
• Experience with both functional and non-functional testing.

• Knowledge of AI/ML testing practices, including:
• Model fairness, accuracy, and validation.
• Data pipeline and feature validation.
• Bias and robustness testing in GenAI solutions.
  

Preferred

• Experience testing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
