Monitoring & Screening is a Tribe of 150 employees, organized in 14 cross functional squads across Denmark, Lithuania and India. Our Tribe is accountable for enabling real-time screening and retrospective monitoring of transactions and trade flows.

We support the entire Group and play a central role in Danske Banks financial crime prevention within Anti Money Laundering, Counterterrorist financing, Sanctions risk mitigation, Fraud prevention and Anti-Bribery, Corruption & Tax-Evasion.

We are looking for a Chapter Lead for the Business Functional Specialists (BFS) within the Anti Money Laundering & Counterterrorist financing (AML CTF).

You will:

• Lead by example working hands on as Business Functional Specialist and lead select cross squad initiatives, eg Data Management Compliance
• Be HR leader for BFS Chapter working across the 5 squads within AML/CTF domain
• Be responsible for upskilling and setting the direction for the BFS Chapter
• Be responsible for ensuring high engagement and performance of the BFS chapter
• Manage incoming dependencies from other tribes identified as part of the bank wide quarterly and yearly planning periods (QBR and ABR)
• Collaborate with internal Tribe leadership group of Chapter Leads, Product Owners and Cluster Leads
• Join the business leadership team in the Monitoring and Screening Tribe, reporting to the Tribe Lead
  
  

About you:

• +5 Years experience as Business Functional Specialist, Business Analyst, Project Manager or similar relevant experience
• Experience working in banking/financial institution preferably within FinCrime prevention domain with AML/CTF knowledge
• Functional and/or HR leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management skills, supported by an ability to present and communicate complex topics in a clear and engaging manner
• You have an agile mind-set and a drive to continuously improve our ways of working
• Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
