Microsoft Solutions Productivity Consultant

SQUALIO Team is looking for a Microsoft Solutions Productivity Consultant who will work together with customers to define use cases, consult and implement various productivity tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Viva Suite, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Loop, etc.). This is an excellent opportunity to explore new technologies and develop your skills while helping our customers to effectively use available Microsoft technologies to boost their productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct workshops for customers to understand, explore and learn Microsoft productivity tools.
• Work together with different customer departments to define use cases for using Microsoft productivity tools
• Work together with technical team in projects to implement Microsoft productivity tools for customers
• Perform customer end-user training
• Lead and take part in projects to help customer users start using the new technologies
• Assist existing and potential customers to understand technology challenges and help implementing new solutions
• Explore new solutions and possibilities to develop the customer’s IT environment with the alignment of customers’ necessities and our possibilities.
• Develop knowledge, explore new technologies and features, understand how they can benefit customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of practical experience working as customer facing project manager, technical business consultant, IT support associate, sales associate or similar role.
• Ability to remotely and in-person engage audiences, communicate and work with different groups of people – non-technical and technical
• Full professional proficiency in Latvian and English.
• Experience working with some of Microsoft Productivity tools - Microsoft 365 Copilot, tools from Viva Suite, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Loop, etc.
• IT project management skills and experience working with clients
• Eagerness and ability to learn new technologies
• Higher education in the field of IT, or in a related field, will count as an advantage.
