French Speaking HR Specialist

Salary: €65,000 + Bonus

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with an international oil and gas business in its search for a French Speaking HR Specialist, based in the Amsterdam area.

The HR Specialist will be the link between the internal teams; HR, accounting, purchasing & operations, monitoring of HR costs and the integration of management control missions whilst bringing insight into the various business segments of the company.

Your responsibilities as the HR Specialist:

• Invoicing/processing invoices
• Analysis and monthly monitoring of costs
• Carrying out closing acts with finance or other departments (according to needs)
• Understanding HR calculations/charges
• Setting up a cost monitoring reports
• Collaborate with financial controlling, operations, and Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Candidate requirements:

• Very good interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Management Control, or any equivalent training
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as an Experienced HR Cost Controller.
• Good foundation in Excel/Database management, comfortable with figures, understanding accounting.
• Knowledge of Finance tools: SAP
• Management control experience in the HR field is a must
• Fluent in English and French
• Effective communication skills, adept at liaising with various teams
