🔹 About the Role

Infotree Global Solutions is looking for Senior Backend Engineers (Level 5) This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology solutions that impact millions of customers globally.

You will be part of a key engineering team, designing, building, and scaling backend systems while collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Design & implement backend features using Java + Spring Boot
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs & microservices
• Work with AWS Cloud Services (S3, EC2, ECS, SQS/SNS)
• Manage & optimize SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, Neo4j)
• Contribute to system design, architecture, scaling, and performance testing
• Collaborate in design reviews, coding best practices, and mentoring juniors
• Support production systems (DevOps mindset with CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting)
• Engage in design, coding, and behavioral interviews during the process

🔹 Must-Have Skills

✔ Strong experience with Java + Spring Boot

✔ Hands-on expertise with Kafka

✔ Solid background in SQL & NoSQL databases

✔ Experience with AWS services

✔ Proficiency with Git version control

✔ Excellent problem-solving & collaboration skills

🔹 Nice-to-Have Skills

• Kubernetes & Docker
• Monitoring tools (NewRelic, Splunk)
• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Performance testing (JMeter or similar)

🔹 Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

💼 10+ years of professional software engineering experience

🔹 Work Schedule

• Core Hours: Must overlap with PST mornings (8 AM – 12 PM)
• On-call rotation after 6 weeks (light monitoring)
