MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER
CONTEXT
Richemont has a strong ambition to transform its business model towards New Retail. Part of this transformation is the Group Data Office that, among others, delivers Analytics & Data Science projects for the different Maisons.
The Analytics & Data Science team, belonging to “Group Data Office”, supports this vision by developing analytics and data science use cases, defining best practices across the group, and industrializing analytics & data science solutions. This team is recruiting a ML Engineer to work under the Lead Machine Learning Engineer.

The Analytics & Data Science team, belonging to “Group Data Office”, supports this vision by developing analytics and data science use cases, defining best practices across the group, and industrializing analytics & data science solutions. This team is recruiting a ML Engineer to work under the Lead Machine Learning Engineer.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Develop components of the analytics and machine learning platform, including: infrastructure modules, reusable components for AI/Analytics applications or architecture templates
- Industrialize, maintain and improve (Generative) AI and analytics solutions in Google Cloud Platform
- Manage the infrastructure with special focus on reliance, security and scalability
- Partner with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Infrastructure & Data Engineers for the project delivery
- Graduate in Engineering, Data Science, or related fields or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient in Python programming & SQL (3 years or more)
- Practical experience in MLOPs (1 year or more)
- Professional experience in Google Cloud Platform (1 year or more)
- Knowledge of Data Engineering principles
- Knowledge of REST API and microservices
- A dynamic, innovative & pragmatic mindset to problem solving, and an ability to think critically and objectively, both independently & within a team
- Proactive, curious and autonomous with a strong sense of ownership and always on the look to improve the current solutions
- Strong communication skills, English is a must, ease to collaborate in multicultural and multifunctional environments
- Experience in Terraform is a plus
- Experience in Generative AI is a plus
- Experience in Vertex AI and DBT is a plus
