Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced AI Developer who combines deep technical expertise in both modern AI frameworks and traditional machine learning approaches. You'll work on developing sophisticated AI applications, implementing agentic workflows, and building scalable machine learning solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered applications using LangChain and LangGraph frameworks
• Develop and optimize agentic AI systems with complex reasoning and decision-making capabilities
• Build and deploy traditional machine learning models for classification, regression, and clustering tasks
• Create robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and knowledge management solutions
• Integrate large language models with enterprise systems and databases
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and improvement strategies for AI systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver solutions
• Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and improve system reliability
• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• LangChain Expertise: Proven experience building production applications with LangChain, including chains, agents, tools, and memory systems
• LangGraph Proficiency: Hands-on experience creating stateful, multi-agent workflows and complex orchestration patterns using LangGraph
• Traditional ML: Strong foundation in classical machine learning algorithms (random forests, SVMs, gradient boosting, neural networks) and frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Python Mastery: Advanced Python programming skills with experience in async programming and API development
• Vector Databases: Experience with vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar)
• LLM Integration: Familiarity with various LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Demonstrated experience deploying ML models to production
• Track record of building end-to-end AI solutions
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools
• Experience with context engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs
• Knowledge of graph databases and knowledge graphs
• Familiarity with optimization frameworks such as DSPy
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of NLP techniques and computer vision applications
• Experience with streaming data and real-time inference systems
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
