Senior Fullstack Software Developer (f/m/d)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged person to join our Meta Retention Tools team.

As a member of our development team, you will work with cutting-edge backend and frontend technologies, gaining hands-on experience in integrating and enhancing our platform for B2B operators. Your role will involve contributing to a diverse portfolio of APIs, microservices, and UI frontends that support B2B operations across all lifecycle stages—from initial concept to final deployment.

Your tasks

• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver a quality product
• Translate design proposals into solid .NET code
• Mentor colleagues
• Actively participate in meetings and present:
• - New suggestions, strategies, technologies, and ideas
• - Knowledge transfers and improvements

Your profile

• Solid experience in backend development using:
• - .NET Core and C#
• - Dependency injection (DI) and inversion of control (IoC) frameworks
• Proficient in frontend technologies:
• - Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Comfortable with both frontend and backend tasks
• Confident in writing unit tests and using mocking tools
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); German is a plus
• A real team player who values collaboration

Nice to have experience with:

• Microservices architecture
• Distributed systems:
• - High load, concurrency, distributed tracing, and monitoring
• Actor model concepts (Akka, MS Orleans, etc.)
• REST APIs, API Gateways, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, Entity Framework
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Frontend tools/frameworks:
• - Node.js, Webpack, PixiJS
