Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for (Senior) Project Manager (M/F/D) at FAT International in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you will be responsible for project management with a strong focus on events and sponsorships. You will take the lead in event management, ensuring that each project is successfully planned and executed. One key part of your work will also be the development and implementation of communication strategies, working closely with the social media manager to create effective messaging.

Collaboration will play an important role, as you will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination. You will also manage external service providers, oversee project progress, and provide regular reporting and manage budgeting for your projects. In addition, you will handle organizational and administrative tasks, including the preparation of professional presentations for FAT management and external partners.

Qualifications

· 4+ years of professional experience in project management and event industry or management consulting

· Experienced in managing budgets and timelines

· Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)

· Project management, event management, and coordination skills

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment

· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

· Hands-on mentality

· Knowledge of motorsport industry is a plus
