Job Description 1 – Techno Functional HRMS Consultant (Oracle EBS)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Techno Functional HRMS Consultant – Oracle EBS to analyze business requirements, automate HR processes, and design, develop, and maintain Oracle HRMS solutions. The role requires strong technical and functional expertise across Self-Service HR, HRMS, Payroll, iRecruitment, and OLM, with hands-on experience in Oracle development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops with requestors to capture requirements, prepare analysis reports, and design IT solutions.
- Analyze business processes and implement automation and re-engineering initiatives.
- Estimate efforts for new features, modules, and application enhancements.
- Perform gap analysis and build test scenarios.
- Design, develop, and implement business applications using Oracle development tools (JDeveloper, Forms, Reports, AME workflows).
- Prepare analysis studies and recommend IT interventions to optimize HRMS processes.
- Perform programming tasks per project plans and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with key users to ensure system usage aligns with business requirements.
- Test and apply new features in development/test environments, then promote to production.
- Lead and manage end-user training sessions ahead of go-live.
- Provide daily monitoring, maintenance, and support for HR modules (Self-Service, HRMS, Payroll, iRecruitment, OLM).
- Document tasks from project initiation through to user manuals.
- Follow up on Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle as required.
Special Skills
- Certifications in Oracle Development – HRMS/SS Track.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules (Self-Service, Payroll, iRecruitment, OLM, Appraisal).
- Experience in system administration preferred.
- Strong training, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written communication, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in Oracle Applications Development with HRMS focus.
- Languages: Arabic (mandatory) and English proficiency.
