Data Analytics Consultant

We are seeking Data Analytical Consultants and Data Product Owners to drive the creation of data products that address customer needs and support our ambitious goals.

Domains include Life Science (Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Trials, Animal Health), Finance (Banking, Fintech), Supply Chain, Logistics, Travel, and many others.

Responsibilities

• Work with Stakeholders and their teams to develop a comprehensive product strategy and assess its business value
• Outline key outcomes to pursue and monitor progress using established success metrics
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to select the appropriate data solution to develop
• Lead pre-sale activities and oversee consulting engagements
• Maintain effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure clarity in product objectives, prioritization, and roadmaps
• Keep the product backlog well-organized, current, and clear
• Continually monitor customer needs in collaboration with other product teams
• Encourage the team to explore new data opportunities for integration, processing, and exposure
• Evaluate the availability and quality of data required for the product, initiate improvement plans within client organizations, and set up proper data governance processes
• Stay updated on trends in the data and analytics field
• Supervise the Business Intelligence Analysts and collaborate closely with global leads on discipline OKR implementation
• Manage your resource pool including staffing, hiring, compensation, and people management
• Align your pool's activities with global Data Practice initiatives

Requirements

• Proficiency in delivering digital B2B or internal products, preferably with extensive data elements
• Familiarity with being an efficient filter for initial ideas, understanding technical and data feasibility well
• Competency in quickly identifying valuable aspects and crafting simple solutions, while comfortable using metrics for decision-making
• Organizational skills to effectively manage efforts and ensure timely delivery
• Ability to lead and effectively convey the importance of the underlying reasons for actions
• Appreciation for the 80/20 rule and understanding that perfection is an iterative process
• Regular and engaging communication skills, with a knack for writing and ability to articulate ideas to technical audiences
• Knowledge of design thinking and inclusion from beginning to end
• Capability to oversee a large team
• Fluency in English (C1)
