Ready to bring your design craft to the front row of eCommerce? This is your chance to design beautiful, high-converting online experiences for some of Australia’s most exciting fashion and lifestyle brands.

We’re looking for a UI Designer with taste, vision, and hands-on skills to shape how customers interact, shop, and connect with the brands they love. You’ll be joining a fast-growing team of creative thinkers and technical experts, with the freedom to own your craft and grow as the business scales.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing visually distinctive, high-performing Shopify sites that don’t just look good but convert
• Translating UX and CRO insights into pixel-perfect, intuitive UI solutions
• Building out and evolving brand systems, component libraries, and design guidelines
• Prototyping micro-interactions and customer journeys that feel seamless and delightful
• Collaborating with developers, strategists, and eComm experts to roll out redesigns, features, and enhancements
• Juggling exciting projects across multiple brands — no two weeks will look the same

What we’re looking for

• Experience designing eCommerce sites, ideally with fashion, lifestyle, or high-growth brands
• A sharp eye for UI craft, visual hierarchy, and usability
• Advanced Figma skills (components, asset libraries, prototyping)
• Curiosity around CRO and how design decisions impact results
• Confidence in communicating design rationale and collaborating without ego

Bonus points if you have:

• Shopify-specific design experience (theme customiser, liquid knowledge a plus)
• Familiarity with CRO tools, testing, and analytics
• Animation, micro-interactions, or motion design skills
• Agency experience managing multiple projects and clients
