This is a part-time hybrid role, located in Finland, with the flexibility of some work from home. The Technical Lead at Vesko will be responsible for leading technical projects, overseeing software development, and ensuring high-quality code standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing code, and providing technical guidance to team members. The role involves managing project timelines and working on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.

• Experience in leading technical projects and overseeing software development
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Experience in e-commerce or retail technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
