User Experience Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Mid-weight UX Designer working on an exciting new multi-language app proposition. You’ll collaborate within a cross-functional Apps team, partnering closely with a Senior UX Designer and other stakeholders to deliver accessible, user-centered experiences for audiences worldwide.

Skills & Experience:

• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI design work across multiple platforms and devices.
• Proven experience designing for native iOS and Android apps, with good knowledge of Material and Human Interface guidelines.
• Strong UX and UI craft skills, producing high-quality, accessible design solutions.
• Proficiency with Figma and other design/collaboration tools (e.g. Jira).
• Experience using research and data to shape design decisions.
• Confident working closely with developers, including regular pairing to support builds.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain design rationale to varied audiences.
• Self-motivated, able to plan and manage your own work to meet deadlines.
• Awareness of emerging design trends and technology developments.
• Degree in Design or equivalent relevant experience.
