Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for front-end (React), back-end (Java), and model-based (Python) components.
  • Conduct functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing in line with Agile sprint cycles.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using modern issue-tracking tools.
  • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Work closely with DevOps practices to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Future: Gradually contribute to building and maintaining automated test frameworks.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in manual software testing.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile testing, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience or knowledge in using Azure DevOps (work item management, test plans, bug tracking).
  • Strong ability to write clear, structured test cases and bug reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit.
  • Eagerness to learn test automation and basic coding/scripting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience testing financial or banking products.
  • Knowledge of QA tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Basic familiarity with React, Java, or Python environments.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.

Work Conditions

  • The same we are currently applying in the team. Two days (Monday/Tuesday) in the office and the possibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
