What you’ll be doing

• Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to identify and document business needs.
• Process Analysis: Analyze and model current and future business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose effective business solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Testing & Validation: Support the QA process and validate that the developed solutions meet the specified requirements.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Experience in data analysis and reporting is a plus.
